By registering, logging in, or uploading listings to MyGhar, you confirm that you accept these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Verification and Account Safety

To list properties, users are required to register and submit valid identification documents (Aadhaar Card and Selfie photo). You agree that:

• All details you submit are authentic, accurate, and current.
• You will not impersonate any person or upload false documents.
• Your account may be suspended or deleted if we find invalid or fraudulent documents during admin review.

3. Listing Rules and Prohibitions

When posting a room, flat, or PG listing, you warrant that:

• You possess the legal right or authorization to lease the listed property.
• The rental price, deposit, location, and images are accurate and not misleading.
• You will not upload offensive, illegal, or copyrighted content.

4. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

MyGhar provides a platform to connect hosts and tenants. We do not own, manage, or inspect the listed properties directly. We are not liable for any disputes, damages, or financial losses arising from transactions between landlords and tenants. Users are advised to perform their own due diligence before making advance payments.

5. Service Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block any account or remove any listings that violate these Terms or threaten the safety of other users, without prior notice.
